Delivery and payment

Delivery types and lead times.

Shipments are sent via ePaka (DHL, UPS, inPost & others)
We deliver Arteco jewellery within the time described in the product details as “lead time” once the order has been received and the money has been credited to our account. Delivery times are due to the fact that the vast majority of our products are made to order.
In the case of non-standard products, waiting times are agreed individually. It usually takes 20 days from the order, but this depends on several factors like availability of materials etc.

Types of payment

The online payment service provider is Blue Media S.A.. The currently available payment methods for operations on the PayNow platform are available during the payment process.
