Returns and complaints policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason for the return by making a declaration to this effect in writing and returning the ordered goods. Such a possibility is guaranteed by the Act of 2 March 2000. on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws of 31 March 2000).
In order to make a complaint, the advertised product must be sent back to the company’s registered address together with the sales document and a description of the reason for the complaint. All complaints will be dealt with within 14 working days of receipt. Damaged goods will be exchanged for new, full-quality goods or, if this is no longer possible (for example, because stocks have run out), the shop will refund the equivalent price of the goods or offer the purchaser a choice of other goods available in the shop.
Acceptance of returned goods is conditional on the condition of the returned products. Returns will be accepted if they are complete, in undamaged condition and originally packaged.
Refunds are made by bank transfer only.
In the case of card payments, the refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made.
The shop does not refund the original postage costs on returns, so the amount returned does not include postage costs. If the customer wishes to exchange the goods for another, the customer pays for the shipping of the returned goods and the shipping of the new goods.
The shop will reimburse the costs of sending back the goods under complaint as soon as the parcel is received and the complaint is processed.
